Responsibilities
•Conduct feasibility analysis, project scoping, and estimates for business needs.
•Perform process/data mapping for current and future-state solutions.

•Develop and document business cases, requirements, and user stories.
•Create functional and non-functional requirements, system requirements specifications, and process models.
•Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
•Collaborate with development and test teams on solution implementation and issue resolution.
•Define and review test strategies, test cases, and defect logs.
•Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and integration testing.
•Identify and mitigate project risks through continuous monitoring and reporting.
•Lead discussions with business units, vendors, and IT teams to interpret business needs.
•Provide recommendations for digital transformation and process improvements.
•Ensure compliance with accessibility (AODA) and digital service standards.
•Present status reports and project updates to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Experience
•10+ years of business analysis experience in complex projects.
•Strong SDLC knowledge (Waterfall, Agile) focusing on iterative development.
•Experience leading sprints, backlog management, and user story development.
•Expertise in business modeling (UML, Object-Oriented Modeling) and requirements documentation.
•Experience with legacy infrastructure transformations (e.g., Oracle Siebel, mainframe applications).
•Proficiency in reporting tools (Microsoft Power BI) and documentation tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
Preferred Skills
•Public sector experience in I&IT solutions architecture and quality assurance standards.
•Familiarity with prototyping tools for UI/UX design and process modeling.
•Knowledge of digital service standards and compliance frameworks.
