•Document user stories, epics, sprint plans, business and system use cases, and interface specifications
•Analyze current/future state processes and data models (conceptual/logical)
•Support sprint activities, backlog grooming, and product delivery in Agile setups
•Engage in JAD sessions, walkthroughs, status reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
•Assist in development and testing, including test plan reviews, defect tracking, and UAT planning
•Prepare compliance documentation for accessibility and digital standards
•Provide knowledge transfer and maintain documentation in shared project libraries
Qualifications
•Demonstrated experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and iterative delivery
•Proven expertise in requirements analysis, modeling (UML, BPMN), and traceability
•Strong technical understanding of legacy infrastructure, mainframe, and mid-tier environments
•Experience with COTS product implementations such as Oracle Siebel
•Skilled in using tools like Azure DevOps, Power BI, HP ALM, PowerDesigner
•Expertise in test strategy development, test cases, UI/UX prototyping
•Familiarity with design thinking, accessibility (AODA), and Digital Service standards
•Strong leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
