Qualifications
•Proven experience in product management within Agile/Scrum environments
•Demonstrated communication and mediation skills to align business teams and core teams
•Ability to manage product risks, issues, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting
•Experience participating in steering committees and presenting to senior executives
•Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, collaboration tools (MIRO, Trello, Confluence), and backlog tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
•Scrum master experience is preferred
