•Identify opportunities for test automation within software processes.
•Develop, execute, and optimize automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.

•Conduct API and web services testing to validate backend integrations.
•Plan, organize, and implement testing efforts for large-scale systems.
•Perform AODA compliance testing using AXE and WAVE tools.
•Identify, analyze, and document bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
•Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist stakeholders in QA strategy development.
•Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to improve software quality.
•Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.
•Provide technical recommendations and document best practices for automated testing.
•Ensure test scripts align with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and QA processes.
•Expertise in automated test tools: Katalon, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, Load Runner 12.5, ReadyAPI, Postman.
•Experience with test management tools: Azure DevOps, Microfocus ALM 12.5.
•Technical proficiency: API testing, Web Services, OPA, Java, .NET, SQL, UNIX, IMS/DB2/Oracle databases.
•Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure).
•Familiarity with AODA compliance standards and accessibility testing tools (AXE, WAVE).
•Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
