Responsibilities
- Required to develop user experience models and manage and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements and product features to ensure effective sprint planning and deliver effective digital solution design;
- Collaborate with development and user experience teams to plan for and execute impactful digital products;
- Based on expert advice, research, and data analysis, develop a product roadmap, with the appropriate business and technical visualizations, and develop proof of concepts (minimal viable products) where applicable;
- Coordinate product team resources to deliver according to business and technical stakeholder expectations;
- Motivate solution developers, testers and technical support teams through effective storytelling and communication techniques;
- Manage project risks (team, tech, business) to continually de-risk, setting the direction of the product team forward with confidence;
- Lead product development from concept to release, while ensuring smooth operations and continuous product improvement;
- Build solid relationships with partners to understand users' needs, program goals, and technical/architectural frameworks to ensure products that are valuable, usable and feasible.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Experience with Emergency Health;
- Experience with Data Standards and Technology Interfaces (example API);
- Has experience in product managing an API service including oversight of the meta-data and data standards;
- Has experience product managing mobile applications on mobile phones and tablets;
- Experience developing a product vision and strategy;
- Understanding of the digital marketplace, digital platforms, technology & market trends to identify product opportunities;
- Experience working on a mature product, balancing the need to address technical debt with new product enhancements through continuous iterations.
