•Collaborate with legal, procurement, and various technical teams, ensuring deliverables align with strategic priorities.
•Manage backlog, user stories, scrum processes, and sprints for agile-based tasks, while also adapting waterfall phases when needed.
•Provide clear, regular updates to senior executives and steering committees, anticipating objections and influencing resolutions.
•Identify skilled technical resources, clarify roles and responsibilities, and lead presentations for stakeholders.
•Guide multiple teams through release checkpoints, ensuring readiness and ownership of Go/No-Go decisions across different products and platforms.
•Track and document all release activities in tools like Jira and Confluence, managing fixed versions and relevant artifacts.
•Direct complex data analytics, ETL, BI, or PowerBI initiatives within cloud environments, ensuring security compliance.
•Handle advanced problem-solving, bridging business needs and enterprise-wide technology considerations.
Qualifications
•10+ years of technical project management experience, covering all SDLC phases in complex IT contexts.
•Demonstrated agility with PMI and Agile methodologies, plus strong budget and risk control.
•In-depth knowledge of CAD applications or telephony/radio technologies in critical 911 or public safety environments.
•Proven release path management skills, driving cross-team alignment and go/no-go checkpoints.
•Familiarity with cloud platforms (MS Azure), data dashboards (PowerBI), and near real-time solutions.
•Expertise in advanced analytics and DevOps integration for large-scale digital transformation.
