Responsibilities
Looking for an innovative leader with strong critical thinking, negotiation and communication skills. This individual will:
- Work collaboratively with clients, vendors and delivery partners building trust and demonstrating accountability.
- Achieve results by leveraging your ability to establish formal and informal networks within and across the organization, enabling you to remove barriers, mitigate risks and deliver quality solutions.
- Be able to partner with and work effectively across multiple project workstreams to leverage a diverse team and manage changing priorities.
- Provide program management leadership and expertise of a large-scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiative that is multijurisdictional and enterprise-wide.
- Ensure accountability for the RIDE project and the successful full life cycle delivery including transition from project to operational model and overseeing the related change management activities.
- Ensure the scope of deliverables is cost-effective and efficient and in compliance with the organization’s methodologies, standards and frameworks.
- Provide delivery leadership for modern streamlined services in alignment with OPS technology roadmap for enterprise services, including user-centric design.

MUST HAVES:
- You are accountable for commitments and effectively communicate and manage expectations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships built on trust, respect, and a willingness to work collaboratively toward shared interests.
- Leverage negotiation skills to influence outcomes and navigate conflict.
- Proven ability to manage all phases of large-scale project delivery including analysis, design, implementation, and testing in a multi-platform environment.
- Ability to present and obtain approval for complex solution options.
- You have proven skills in assessing, identifying, and recommending technology options that meet client needs and align with organizational strategic goals including the Digital First strategy and Technology Roadmap Investment Planning.
