Responsibilities
1. Manage internal resources of the project teams, task assignments, priorities, team deliverables, issues and risks, stakeholder engagement, project communication, and project financials.
2. Manage all aspects of the relationship with vendors including but not limited to the following: requirements management, facilitation of negotiations, contract management, vendor onboarding, and SLA adherence.
3. Provide regular communication and status updates to the Manager on all aspects of the project. Prepare briefings, presentations and other project documentation for Senior Managers and C Level Executives for the purpose of obtaining approvals.
4. Manage project issues and risks (e.g., identify, monitor, escalate, resolve, and report) through the team. Escalate issues to the Manager. Inform the issues logs and risk registers for the overall project, if applicable.
5. Lead, facilitate, coordinate project team meetings. Track action items, decision items, risks and issues that come out of meetings and update the Manager.
6. Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure the objectives of the project are being met.
7. Manage stakeholders’ expectations with respect to the on-going upgrade of Identity Management Systems for the OPS.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Experience Managing Large Identity and Access Management Projects;
- Previous experience managing security projects based on IAM components such as public key infrastructure (PKI), hardware security modules (HSM), SSL certificates, etc;
- 10+ years experience in technology project management; at least 5+ years must include projects that require large technology procurements.
