•Provide information architecture expertise and conduct architecture needs assessments and reviews
•Design application integration strategies and seamless data flows across systems
•Lead enterprise-wide and cross-jurisdictional architecture projects with data components
•Define architectural requirements and prepare detailed architecture deliverables
•Align architecture with business goals and emerging technologies
•Support the development of technical playbooks, capability models, cloud strategies, and digital intelligence platforms
•Advise internal teams and stakeholders on architectural best practices and integration patterns
•Lead investigations into sensitive business and system architecture issues
•Ensure architecture aligns with corporate policies, standards, and industry best practices
Qualifications
•Minimum 10 years of experience in information and integration architecture
•Proven experience designing large-scale application landscapes and data flows
•Expertise in standards and technologies such as FHIR, microservices, API, middleware, and integration platforms
•Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
•Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid solutions
•Familiarity with business process modeling and understanding of core business domains
•Proficient in developing architecture documentation, models, playbooks, and governance structures
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
