•CI/CD & Automation: Develop pipelines for digital products, utilizing Ansible and Terraform integrated with Azure DevOps, ensuring continuous improvement.
•Production Support: Investigate production incidents, produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and collaborate on postmortems to enhance reliability.
•API Integration: Work with API gateways (e.g., Azure API Manager, IBM Connect) to build and manage robust service integrations.
•Collaboration & Communication: Cultivate relationships with security, operations, and IT teams; effectively articulate ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications

•Integration experience using and building APIs (Azure API Manager, IBM Connect).

•Prior experience in the public sector or comparable large-scale environments.
