•Design and implement secure IT architectures that align with legal and industry standards
•Lead large-scale cybersecurity design projects and oversee technical components

•Identify vulnerabilities and assess risks to guide secure system development
•Produce reports, dashboards, and briefings for executive stakeholders
•Collaborate with IT and program teams to develop sector-specific security approaches

Qualifications
•10+ years’ experience in enterprise-level cybersecurity architecture and systems
•Expertise in security mechanisms such as encryption, firewalls, digital signatures, and access controls
•Proven experience with risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis
•Familiarity with public key infrastructure, threat mitigation, and secure system development
•Strong understanding of privacy legislation and compliance (e.g., FOIPPA)
•Knowledge of information management and business continuity principles
•Experience in security policy development, education, and forensic investigation
•Skilled in communicating complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
