Responsibilities
•Test Planning & Execution: Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and test data for functional, non-functional, system-level integration, and UAT.
•Automation & Manual Testing: Employ manual and automated testing tools, focusing on service-oriented architecture, with emphasis on unit coverage.
•Database & SQL Testing: Conduct hands-on testing for databases (SQL Server, Oracle), identifying performance or structural issues.
•Lifecycle Coordination: Collaborate with project teams during analysis, design, development, and support, ensuring alignment with structured methodologies and version control systems.
•Reporting & Gap Resolution: Identify defects, track progress, and address user story gaps through consistent communication and test management processes.
Qualifications
•Solid understanding of the end-to-end application development lifecycle.
•Proficiency with manual/automated testing in a service-oriented architecture.
•Hands-on experience in SQL/database testing (SQL Server, Oracle).
•Strong knowledge of unit testing coverage.:
•Experience planning and organizing testing efforts.
•Familiarity with structured SDLC, version control, and CASE/data query tools.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
