•Ensure accurate and secure migration of data to the SMART IT-enabled environment.
•Provide training and support for end-users and administrators, promoting effective adoption of SMART IT.
•Conduct thorough testing to confirm SMART IT functionality and performance in the new environment.
•Establish ongoing support processes to continually optimize the SMART IT solution.
