Responsibilities
•Configure Salesforce Field Service Modules, including user profiles, sharing rules, and security settings.
•Develop custom Apex code, Lightning components, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
•Produce architectural documents (e.g., Information Architecture, Solution Architecture) in line with standards.
•Conduct fit-gap analyses and design prototypes or proofs of concept for proposed solutions.
•Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and SSO.
•Migrate changes across environments using CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
•Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions.
•Communicate progress, risks, and issues to team members and leadership, proactively offering mitigations.
•Troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents, conducting root cause analyses.
•Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to staff regarding solution architecture and best practices.
Qualifications
•5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Field Service and proven configuration/development track record.
•Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Platform Developer I, Omni Studio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, Administrator).
•Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce security model, and integration design.
•Experience producing architecture documentation, conducting fit/gap analyses, and implementing AODA-compliant solutions.
•Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab).
•Experience with public sector or large-scale enterprise environment.
•Strong agile and DevOps background for sprint management, bug tracking, and collaboration.
