Responsibilities
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests;
- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical challenges related to Siebel CRM. This involves configuring, developing, and testing Siebel IP18 or later versions, integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM and J2EE, and utilizing Siebel Open UI-specific classes and methods.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must;
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration;
- 3+ years of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc;
- Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset;
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset;
- Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
