Responsibilities
•Design and configure SD-WAN (Viptela) solutions, including dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
•Implement and manage Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama, including advanced security configurations and daily operations.
•Perform physical installations of network hardware, including LAN switches, HA firewalls, and OOB management firewalls.
•Develop and deploy QoS policies for enterprise voice and data networks.
•Optimize network components such as logging, DNS, and identity management tools (Aruba ClearPass).
•Automate network configuration management using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and API scripting.
•Conduct network testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents in mission-critical environments.
•Collaborate with vendors and facility experts for cable design, installation, and remediation work.
•Maintain and support network environments during pilot phases and ensure seamless transition to operational stages.
•Develop documentation and knowledge transfer materials for team members.
Qualifications
1.Advanced knowledge of Cisco 9K switches, SD-WAN (Viptela), and Palo Alto Firewalls.
2.Hands-on experience with VMware networking operations and Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager.
3.Strong understanding of IP routing and L2 data center networking.
4.Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins) and API scripting for configuration management.
5.Experience with IPv6 networking and QoS implementations for enterprise voice systems.
6.Experience with projects in 24x7 critical environments.
7.Familiarity with cloud logging solutions and network inventory databases.
8.Knowledge of integrating LAN/WAN with hybrid cloud solutions.
