Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain configurations for on-prem and cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS).

•Implement APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrate on-premises/cloud infrastructure.
•Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying COTS and custom applications.

•Monitor and troubleshoot solutions to maintain optimal cost/performance ratios.
•Provide guidance on solution restoration vs. redeployment in case of environment crashes.
•Assist in the design of automated processes for DR and failover exercises.
•Produce configuration guides and maintain solution documentation.
•Communicate changes, conduct feasibility studies, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
•Coordinate with operations teams to optimize solutions via cloud-native and third-party tools.
•Oversee or contribute to proof-of-concept trials.
•Provide technical leadership for process re-engineering and integration projects.
•Participate in strategic and operational planning for tool acquisition and service delivery innovation.
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience in solution design for large, highly available on-prem and cloud environments.
•Proven background in security principles, high-sensitive data protection, and IT compliance (privacy, risk management).
•Expertise in API integration (REST, SOAP), JSON/XML, and familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud services.
•Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and version control tools (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
•Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and container orchestration in enterprise environments.
•Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in 24x7 critical operations.
•Experience integrating healthcare or mission-critical environments (e.g., dispatch systems, data sharing endpoints).
•Knowledge of cost optimization using cloud-native or third-party monitoring and management tools.
•Familiarity with agile project management, JIRA, and Confluence for documentation and tracking.
