•Conduct engineering support, from conceptual to detailed design, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
•Oversee endpoint protection, SIEM/SOAR integration, policy management, and NAC controls for high-availability environments.
•Document, propose, and manage ongoing enhancements to maintain “secure-by-design” solutions and guidelines.
•Participate in backlog grooming, user stories, scrum events, and sprint planning to embed security in iterative development.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver workable solutions quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
•Advanced experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise security components, microservices, and container solutions.
•Strong knowledge of IAM (SSO, MFA, PKI), encryption, firewalls, Azure Sentinel, Splunk Cloud, or other SOC tools.
•Expertise in agile project delivery, including backlog, sprints, and user stories.
•Familiarity with TOGAF or equivalent frameworks, conceptual/detailed design, and solution documentation.
•Experience in public sector environments is considered advantageous.
