•Handle client relationships to manage expectations, communicate updates, and resolve conflicts.
•Ensure compliance with project management best practices, accessibility standards (AODA), and technical frameworks.
Qualifications
•Proven experience working on Agile project delivery teams with Backlog, Sprints, and Scrum practices.
•Extensive background in managing enterprise-level, high-risk IT projects.
•Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to apply PMBOK principles.
•Excellent skills in communication, public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team facilitation.
•Experience with project tools such as Azure DevOps, MS PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, MS Teams).
•Ability to define strategies, set measurable objectives, and monitor project performance.
•Familiarity with Information Management principles and Accessibility standards (AODA).
