Responsibilities

•Execute performance, functional, integration, and AODA compliance testing
•Document test plans, scripts, test cases, traceability matrices, and test results
•Identify, track, and resolve software defects
•Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and business teams to optimize testing workflows
•Lead UAT support and perform AODA compliance audits using tools such as AXE and WAVE
•Participate in SDLC and Agile/DevOps ceremonies to support release cycles
Qualifications
•Minimum 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation
•Extensive hands-on experience with Katalon, Selenium, UFT, Load Runner 12.5
•Proficiency in API and performance testing using tools like ReadyAPI, Postman, and J-Meter
•Familiarity with test management platforms such as Azure DevOps and Microfocus ALM
•Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps methodologies, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
•Working knowledge of Siebel, legacy systems, IMS/DB2/SQL/Oracle databases, .NET, and UNIX
•Experience with AODA testing and accessibility compliance tools
•Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
