Responsibilities
•Lead the creation of business analysis documents, including user stories, business cases, and detailed requirement specifications.
•Facilitate Joint Application Design sessions to gather and validate project requirements.

•Translate business and data requirements into technology solution specifications.
•Provide project tracking, including progress, resource allocation, risks, and issue management.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve functional design issues and contribute to detailed solution design.
•Develop and maintain project status reports, including documentation for resources, finances, and risks.
•Support the front-end development of IT systems, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
Qualifications
•Must-Have Skills:
1.8+ years of experience in business analysis, including creating business cases, user stories, and requirement documents.
2.Demonstrated expertise in facilitating JAD sessions and conducting unit and system testing.
3.Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and applying SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative Agile).
4.Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
5.Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with proven stakeholder engagement experience.
•Nice-to-Have Skills:
1.Experience in user-centric website or form design.
2.Familiarity with public sector processes and compliance standards.
3.Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and process documentation.
4.Experience outlining technical policies, procedures, and performance criteria.
