Responsibilities
•Design, implement, and manage Azure and DevOps solutions with tools like Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.

•Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies for cloud systems.

•Document solutions for knowledge transfer and provide training to staff.
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver emergency problem resolution with root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
•Must-Have Skills:
1.10+ years of experience in systems, data communications, and middleware technologies.
2.Expertise with RedHat Enterprise Linux V7+, UNIX Solaris V10, and Mainframe IMS Connect.
3.Extensive experience configuring and upgrading WebLogic, WebSphere, and Informatica.
4.Strong DevOps experience using Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and OpenShift.
5.Working knowledge of Git (e.g., GitOps, branching strategies).
6.Proficient in designing infrastructure as code for automation and consistency.
7.Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, DB migrations, and disaster recovery strategies.
8.Knowledge of J2EE, Java, and web technologies like Node.js, Azure Functions, and Serverless architectures.
•Additional Skills:
1.Expertise in ITIL standards for monitoring and performance analysis.
2.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in multi-platform environments.
3.Proven ability to manage incident management, change management, and emergency problem resolution.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and client support.
5.Public sector experience, particularly in Transportation Safety architecture or similar fields, is an asset.
