Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Managers, Project Managers and project team, in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.
- Manage project/work plans, tracking and analytics for the program/project execution.
- Responsible for creation and/or maintenance of management dashboards and executive summaries.
- Process Workflow Management from ticketing, and risk/issue management.
Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk/issues management updates, etc.
- Experience working alongside Managers and Project Managers to provide updates, escalate issues where required, identify risks, and lead/coordinate project document deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple Project Managers and critical projects.
- Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs.
- Experience scheduling meetings.
- Experience with monitoring a project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository.
- Demonstrated understanding of project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall/AGILE) through-out the software development life cycle.
- Demonstrated Project Management software skills and experience (e.g., MS Project, Planview, etc.).
- Understanding of Project Management concepts (e.g., project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning, cost and quality management).
