Responsibilities
•Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets, including computers, networking equipment, and software licenses.
•Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, from procurement to retirement.

•Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for IT assets.

Qualifications
•5+ years’ experience in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
•5+ years of IT field support experience, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
•Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Windows environments.
•Proficiency in IT asset management software, enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, and remote monitoring tools.
•Hands-on experience with service desk ticketing tools and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
•Knowledge of IT security compliance, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance frameworks.
•Experience managing IT projects, including office relocations, hardware upgrades, and infrastructure planning.
•Familiarity with project management methodologies, frameworks, and artifacts.
•Strong resource management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, business administration, or a related field.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent communication, documentation, and user training abilities.
•Public sector experience is an asset.
