Responsibilities
1.Develop, review, and implement UX and service design projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with user expectations and business goals.
2.Produce user flows, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively.

4.Synthesize data to inform design direction and iterative improvements.
5.Plan and conduct workshops, stakeholder sessions, and design reviews to align cross-functional efforts.
6.Ensure solutions leverage standardized patterns and meet relevant digital service standards.
7.Implement metrics, performance measures, and user feedback loops for ongoing design refinement.
8.Advocate for best practices in design systems, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.
9.Communicate progress and challenges regularly, ensuring buy-in from business, technical teams, and end users.
10.Present design rationales and outcomes to leadership, refining product roadmaps to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications
•3–5 years of UX design experience (interaction design, UI design, information design, graphic design).
•3–5 years in service design activities—workshops, research sessions, analysis, and experience design direction.
•Proven ability to produce user-centric deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, user flows) using modern design tools.
•Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts and leading stakeholder discussions.
•Familiarity with agile/hybrid frameworks and public sector experiences is beneficial.
•Accessibility expertise and data analysis capabilities are assets.
