Responsibilities
Provides application and product training to both technical and non-technical users. Develops, designs and delivers training material to both technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications
· 5+ years’ experience in the development, design, and delivery of training material for both technical and non-technical users at the specified experience level
· 5+ years’ experience delivering training sessions both in person and through live online sessions via teleconference or webinar
· 3+ years’ experience developing documentation and gathering required information to structure contact and course design requirements
