Responsibilities
Business Requirements Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and needs related to FMS, HCMS, and the Data Analytics Platform;
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Product Support and Process Improvement:
- Assist the Senior Product Manager in evaluating and improving product management processes, supporting CI and agile/lean practices;
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and tool enhancements to improve team efficiency and scalability; and
- Support the development and implementation of the product roadmap and strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement and Dependency Management:
- Identify and document dependencies between product team deliverables and other organizational functions;
- Facilitate communication between product teams, stakeholders, and the PMO to manage dependencies effectively; and
- Support stakeholder management activities, ensuring clear communication of product vision and requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze relevant customer, financial, and product data to support decision-making;
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions; and
- Support the definition and tracking of OKRs and KPIs for product performance measurement.
Release Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in release planning and coordination for corporate applications;
- Support the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring proper prioritization of features and enhancements; and
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and updates.
Market and Technology Trend Analysis:
- Research and analyze market and technology trends relevant to corporate applications;
- Provide insights to the Senior Product Manager to inform product strategy and innovation opportunities; and
- Support the evaluation of new tools and technologies that could benefit the product team and improve processes.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 7-10 years experience in business analysis within enterprise software implementations, with demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories, particularly in financial management systems, HR systems, or data analytics platforms;
- 5+ years' experience supporting product management processes and agile methodologies, including process optimization, backlog management, and CI/CD practices, with proven ability to identify and implement efficiency improvement;
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting in-depth business process analysis, producing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions; and
- Experience in the end-to-end process of managing and responding to RFP(B, S)s, including analyzing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission.
