RQ00118 - Cloud Strategist - Senior

Responsibilities
- Plan any necessary changes for cloud migration or cloud use.
- Assist with creating cloud migration strategies, defining delivery architecture, creating the migration plans, designing the orchestration plans, etc. Experience with infrastructure.
- Provide support to ensure that the appropriate level of change management is measured and evaluated.

Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 5+ years’ experience with Cloud infrastructure skillset (bonus: ZScaler or CyberSecurity infrastructure);
- 5+ years’ experience supporting crafting of cloud strategies using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, with the ability to analyze and synthesize analysis of alternatives Reviewing vendor cloud contracts, support model and service-level agreements;
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Cloud SME in the implementation of large, medium, and small cloud projects;
- 5+ years’ experience providing hands-on support of mission areas in the rationalization and cloud readiness assessment of existing applications.

General Skills:
- Experience developing the plan that will guide the organization in the various stages of using or migrating to cloud services;
- Experience creating high quality, client facing assets targeting Cloud solutions and present them to key stakeholders;
- Experience developing & designing roadmaps, implement strategies & transformation plans for clients to migrate to cloud;
- Experience scrutinizing existing client environments & recommend solutions that enable a to-be cloud vision;
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines;
- Experience assisting with sound practices in cloud brokerage and technical application management;
- Conducting financial and ROI analysis of infrastructure, operations, and management costs;
- Working with stakeholders to embed an agile, cloud-native process in all cloud acquisitions to enable the agency to quickly and effectively harness the power of cloud computing;
- Contributing to further building the Cloud Advisory Services practice in terms of people, process and technology improvements;
- Actively participating in business development and internal improvement activities.

- Vendor and stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
