Responsibilities
- Manage product returns (RMA) by tracking items received and documenting details of issues.
- Troubleshoot returned products using your technical knowledge to identify and resolve problems.
- Update the database with returns, repairs and shipment information.
- Work with the technical team to analyze the causes of returns and identify solutions.
- Pack RMA products for return or shipment.
- Manage RMA inventory and perform regular audits.
- Communicate effectively with technical and operational teams on the status of RMA.
- Ensure compliance with RMA management procedures and instructions.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma of Professional Studies in Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in electronics.
- 1 to 2 years of "return experience or "inventories" (asset).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical problem solving and debugging skills.
- Teamwork, high capacity for collaboration.
- Motivated, flexible and responsible.
- Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.
- Knowledge of the telemetry industry (asset).
- Knowledge of manufacturing sector (asset).
