The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a property maintenance role with flexibility for evenings, overnights or on call shifts as needed.
Advantages
-Monday to Friday daytime hours (Flexibility for evenings and on calls in the event of a building emergency is required)
-Health care benefits including vision and dental care
-$45,000-$50,000 annually
-Free on site parking
Responsibilities
-Completing daily maintenance requests
-Performing minor building repairs
-Painting and prepping suites for move ins
-Monitoring other on site contractors as needed
Qualifications
-2+ years in a property maintenance position
-Experience in a senior living community an asset
-Ability to pass a clear criminal back check upon hiring
-Physically capable to climb stairs, ladders
-Physically capable to lift 50lbs as needed
-Ability to work evenings or on call as needed
