Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

- Responding to client calls and emails to take orders and provide product information
- Advising clients on solutions tailored to their projects
- Managing assigned client accounts independently and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
- Preparing price proposals and performing necessary calculations for materials and services
- Following up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction
- Re-engaging former clients and contributing to the achievement of sales goals

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Experience in inside sales or account management
- Strong proficiency in calculations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in English is an asset
