As a member of the replenishment team, the Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the coordination and timely execution of purchasing activities such as placing orders, tracking purchase order confirmations, and monitoring shipping deadlines. Additionally, the Replenishment Analyst will perform various analyses related to replenishment and sales performance across different product categories and will develop new management tools and reports. He/she will conduct ad hoc business analyses related to replenishment to identify potential process/tool improvements, participate in the development and testing of new SAP tools, and maintain process documentation. This position is intended to support our South American partner operating in El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.

Responsibilities
Review seasonal assortments prior to purchasing for the upcoming season.
Review and update master data parameters to ensure data entries are accurate in SAP.
Place orders and follow up on production and shipping delays.
Generate reports to provide visibility on product flows, inventory, lead times, etc.
Review sales and inventory forecasts at both item and company levels.
Create ad hoc analyses to support replenishment-related inquiries.
Use sound judgment to analyze results (compared to historical data and/or forecasts) and provide explanations.
Conduct thorough evaluations of existing replenishment processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting capabilities.
Maintain process documentation to ensure it is up-to-date, visible, and always available.
Create business requirements for new solutions and reports in SAP and FileMaker, support development, test results, and assist in implementation.
Qualifications
Degree in supply chain, finance, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in a related field;
Experience in product or retail is a definite asset;
Proficiency in creating MS Excel spreadsheets and solid working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint;
Strong analytical skills focused on solutions and improvement;
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a high attention to detail;
Knowledge of SAP (an asset);
English is required.
