Our client is your single source supplier of rental equipment, new & used equipment sales, specialty tools, building products, safety supplies and safety training programs for construction contractors, trades people, plant maintenance contractors and homeowners. Our customer sells thousands of brand name products and is the authorized distributor for such brands as Caterpillar, Spectra Precision / Trimble, Wacker Neuson, Stihl, Honda, SkyJack, Genie, Husqvarna, Atlas Copco, Bosch, Gorman-Rupp, as well as many others.

Responsibilities
Meets with and advise the major account customer about equipment rentals.
-Writes up and closes rental contracts using software application.
-Ensures that rental terms and conditions are respected.
-Explains to customers how products work.
-Opens work orders on return of equipment.
-Prepares pick-up ticket.
-Follows up on open contracts.
-Closes and balances cash register.
-Dispatch with internal and external transport companies
Qualifications
-High School diploma and/or DEP in Sales, an asset, combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in customer services
-Knowledge of industrial and construction equipment
-Knowledge of computer software
-Experience in tools rental, an asset
-Good mechanical understanding
-Ability to multi task
