Bilingual Claims Representative – Automotive Glass Claims
(English + French )
Location: LAVAL, QC (Remote after training, with occasional onsite presence required)
Salary: $21/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM–9:00 PM & Saturdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Work Availability: You must be available during all opening hours
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Note: This position has local restrictions and requires candidates to currently reside in the Montreal area. Although the role is remote after training, employees must be available to attend onsite meetings or training in Laval as needed. The first 2 weeks of training will be held in person at the Laval office, where all work equipment will be provided.
***Schedules given 2-3 weeks in advance***
*** First 2 WEEKS of training will be held IN LAVAL OFFICE where you will be able to retrieve your equipment ***
Our Client operates all across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to communicate with English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis

- Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation for insurance claims
- Communicate effectively with insurance and fleet partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Qualifications

- Bilingual (French & English) – strong communication skills in both languages
- Must currently reside in the Greater Montreal Area and be able to commute to Laval for training and occasional onsite presence
- Able to go Laval office for 2 weeks training
- Required due to regular interaction with clients across Canada, including outside Quebec
- Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or automotive sectors
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple platforms and internal systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work full-time and be available across all opening hours
