-Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
-Support to the Legal Affairs Department and Secretariat: Managing access to information requests, verifying practice rights, and managing certificates.
-Coordination of corporate practice declarations and maintenance of members' corporate register.
-Preparation and management of committee and secretariat meetings, including planning, documentation, and follow-up.
-Support to the Disciplinary Council Secretariat: Transcribing minutes, preparing legal correspondence, and managing hearings.
-Administrative follow-up: Managing billing, timesheets, and payments with the finance department.
-Updating internal procedures and documents, including the instruction manual and documents for the Board of Directors elections.
-Collaboration with other departments and maintaining the internal database.
Qualifications
-Ability to communicate information clearly and write in an understandable manner.
-Reliability and commitment to delivering quality work, taking responsibility for decisions and actions.
-Ability to organize work, manage time, and set priorities while meeting deadlines.
-Independence and ability to take on tasks without direct supervision.
-Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Effective collaboration with colleagues and ability to support the team during challenging times.
-Stress management and ability to stay calm in demanding situations.
