At our facility in Vaughan, ONT you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging sector as the Reliability Lead :
- Work closely with the maintenance department to prioritize and support with the scheduled maintenance activities based on reliability data and criticality
- Track and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Create and implement comprehensive reliability strategies to enhance equipment performance and reduce failures
- Oversee the execution of reliability programs, including predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA)
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the reliability team and other relevant personnel
- Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE), presenting breakdown status regularly at team meetings in collaboration with the Line Centric Team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability processes and practices
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including defect identification/fixing, completion rates of work orders, downtime events frequency/duration, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), employee engagement through Pulse check surveys, and other KPIs aligned with Lean Production System (LPS) principles.

- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a maintenance industrial setting
- Strong analytical skills to assess equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities

- Proficient in maintenance processes, showcasing analytical skills, organizational abilities, and an inclination towards Lean Manufacturing principles
