Responsibilities
Pharmacist - Full-time - Mississauga, ON

✔ Accurate processing complex prescriptions for patients with numerous chronic diseases through the Kroll Software
✔ Completing medication reviews virtually and prescribing for minor ailments where needed
✔ Providing consultations and clinical support to patients on the phone
✔ Supporting the pharmacy team on other day to day operations as needed


Qualifications
Pharmacist - Full-time - Mississauga, ON

✔ Licensed Pharmacist in the province of Ontario
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Commitment to patient-centered care
✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
✔ Proficiency in Kroll pharmacy software and comfortable with working in a high volume environment
