Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Recruitment Specialist for an 2-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Location: Downtown Toronto
Work Model: Hybrid, on-site three days a week

Responsibilities
- Along with the HR team, participate in full-cycle recruitment across a variety of both clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Full-cycle recruitment: post and screen applicants, set up interviews (both virtual and in-person), coordinate with internal Hiring Managers, conduct references, ensure that all required documents are completed before onboarding.
- Work collaboratively with internal Hiring Managers to better understand their needs and support their recruitment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have healthcare recruitment experience.
- At least one year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Looking for immediate availability to start.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
