Position: Senior Talent Sourcer
Shift: Monday to Friday – core business hours
Location: Hybrid – Primarily remote with occasional visits to Toronto (66 Wellington St W), Montreal, Halifax, Calgary, or Vancouver.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies; source, qualify, and present candidates; build and maintain relationships with prospects; manage applicant tracking systems; ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity Programs; build a network of top talent; gain market intelligence; present data and market insights; and proactively communicate with recruiters and hiring managers.
Qualifications
4+ years of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance, or Technology roles. Proven experience using various sourcing methodologies (social networking, talent sourcing tools, job boards). Expertise in data analysis and presentation. Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean search strings. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and French is required. Post-secondary education; CHRP designation is a plus. Experience in banking, tech/corporate roles, and agency settings are considered assets.
