Responsibilities
• Manage candidate pipelines effectively to meet turnover and future needs.
• Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of screened candidates, utilizing our enterprise hiring system and assessment tools.
• Create an optimal experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR partners, business units, and other talent acquisition teams.
• Provide market insights and support to TA programs.
• Report on activities and outcomes aligned with recruitment strategy.
• Coordinate advertising and branding activities to attract talent.
• Participate in and organize recruitment events.
• Represent Randstad in various recruitment functions.
• Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLAs.
• Maintain confidentiality and escalate issues appropriately.
• Follow internal and industry regulations.
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control.
• Conduct internal and external research, prepare and deliver presentations.
• Contribute to special initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis and make recommendations based on findings.
• Stay current on emerging issues and regulatory requirements in recruitment.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting.
• Workday recruiting experience.
• Agency recruitment experience.
• 360-degree desk experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience managing high volumes of requisitions.
• Banking experience is a plus.
• Retail branch banking experience is a plus.
