Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment support, consultation to hiring managers, liaising with industry organizations and recruitment vendors, candidate sourcing (internal postings, internet recruiting, networking, referrals etc.), developing cost-effective sourcing solutions, educating hiring managers on staffing processes, screening resumes, conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, managing the recruitment process via Applicant Tracking System, and participating in special staffing projects.
Qualifications
3-9 years of recruiting experience for positions up to Executive/Managing Director level. Experience with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral-based interviews. Strong sourcing skills, excellent relationship building skills, strong client service orientation. Bilingualism (English and French) is required. CHRP certification is an asset.
