Responsibilities
Provide full end-to-end recruitment support and consultation for a designated business line.
Consult with and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
Liaise with industry organizations, recruitment vendors, and candidates.
Generate candidate flow through various sourcing channels (internal postings, internet recruiting, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
Identify and utilize appropriate sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Develop cost-effective and innovative sourcing solutions.
Educate hiring managers on staffing processes, diversity, interviewing skills, and relevant legislation.
Screen resumes and conduct telephone interviews.
Conduct in-person/virtual interviews and provide support to hiring managers throughout the process.
Gather and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Manage recruitment processes using the Applicant Tracking System (People-Click).
Participate in special staffing projects as needed.
Qualifications
5-9 years of recruiting experience, with experience recruiting for Executive/Managing Director-level positions.
Bachelor's Degree.
AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (or working towards certification).
Certified Human Resources Management (CHRP) certificate (an asset).
Experience with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral-based interviewing.
Strong sourcing skills to identify candidates with rare skill sets.
Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills.
Strong client service orientation.
Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
