Advantages
• 3-week contract with the possibility for extension
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
• $27.50 - $38.50/hour based on experience
• 4 % vacation pay

Responsibilities
• Manage a case load of documentation projects
• Review documentation requests and confirm the identity of individuals requesting documents
• Creating a summary of those documents
• Conduct record checks of current and historical documents
• Determine information needs of the requester, clarify any information needed
• Redact information from the document for the requester
• If a summary is required, review the records and author an accurate summary of relevant records for the requester
• Navigate and upload information into the database
• Manage communication with the individuals requesting documentation
• Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
• Relevant post-secondary education
• 1-3 years of office experience including data management
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Experience reviewing, redacting and managing documentation
• Exprerience in child welfare or legal background in disclosures is preferred
