Our client, a leading-edge independent generalist health clinic, is looking to hire a medical receptionist for their downtown Montreal office (Vendôme metro station).
Advantages
- Temporary position ;
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (fixed hours);
- Stable, human team (Small business style);
- Parking available;
- Salary range from $24/hr to $27/hr (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone and e-mail;
- Customer service (welcoming visitors);
- Making appointments for doctors;
- General admin support for doctors and clinic;
- Mail and parcel management (as needed);
- Archiving and filing;
- Perform all other related tasks;
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a medical secretary in a medical clinic;
- Medical secretary diploma (an asset);
- Organized, responsible, efficient, multitasking and meticulous;
- Proactive;
- High call and customer volume management;
- Self-motivated
- Empathy;
- Bilingual in English and French;
- Proficiency in Office Suite;
