Responsibilities
Opening and/or closing the reception area;
Managing and maintaining the reception area;
Welcoming visitors and clients;
Managing phone calls and call transfers;
Managing deliveries, tracking shipments, calling, and coordinating couriers;
Mail management: opening, sorting, scanning, and distributing;
Managing taxi and parking coupons;
Booking meeting rooms;
All other related tasks to assist management teams, internal services clerks, and reprographics.
Qualifications
Highly developed customer service skills, flexibility, and a desire to exceed client expectations;
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients;
Good command of French and English, both spoken and written (25% English-speaking clientele);
Multitasking skills and strong attention to detail;
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Knowledge of Cisco telephone software, an asset;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience in a law or professional firm, an asset.
