Advantages

- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- Salary ranging from $20-23/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Receptionist duties - first point of contact, answering phones, greeting walk-in clients
- Receiving and securing client payments and documents
- Managing boardroom bookings and catering requirements including set-up, and clean-up for meetings and office events
- Managing mail and courier requirements for delivery and pickup, including signing for couriers, completing the waybills and other necessary documentation
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous reception/ administrative experience required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and MS Teams
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to provide clear background check
