Responsibilities
Reception Management and Visitor Coordination:
-Manage front desk operations, including logging visitors, checking access, and ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
-Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and provide accurate information or direction as needed.
-Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate department.
Issue Resolution and Administrative Support:
-Request and track tickets for any facility or technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and communication with relevant teams.
-Provide administrative support to employees, including reopening lockers and resetting passwords as needed.
-Assist in maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting general office operations.
Technical Proficiency and Document Management:
-Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level to create, update, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
-Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, tickets, and access credentials to ensure compliance and security.
Customer Service and Communication:
-Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
-Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient office experience.
Multi-tasking and Pressure Management:
-Excel in a busy office environment by effectively managing multiple tasks and handling pressure with composure and efficiency.
-Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in fast paced receptionist role.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MSOffice )
-Strong organizational skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Personable ,friiendly and professional demanour
