Responsibilities
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, ensuring a positive phone experience for all callers.
Manage the company’s front desk area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Maintain office security by following procedures for visitor check-in and access.
Provide general support to the HR, administrative, and other departments as needed.
Handle inquiries from employees and external stakeholders with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, fax, photocopier).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
