- Temporary position of 2 weeks with possibility of extension
- Salary of $20/hour
- Schedule between 8.30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)
Responsibilities
The receptionist will:
- Receive and route incoming calls and take messages as required
- Greet visitors and receive payments
- Sort and forward e-mails
- Take information on work requests and data entry
- Other related administrative duties
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Good command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
