Advantages

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and determine their needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate visitor log and direct them to the right person
- Ensure there is back up when absent from the front desk
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Determine the purpose of the call and direct to the appropriate person
- Deal with inquiries and provide correct information
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Schedule and prepare outgoing mail
- Monitor and record petty cash payments
- Basic accounts receivable duties, such as uploading cheques to the accurate location
- Clerical duties such as photocopy, fax and email documents
- Manager office supplies and order additional supplies
- Maintain the reception and kitchen area, keeping them organized and clean
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in Reception
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of MS Office
- 1 Year experience with ERP system (Epicor Prophet 21 is an advantage)
- Personable and professional
